Description
Gran Malbec 2018 Domaine Bousquet
Variety: Malbec 85%, Merlot 5%, Cabernet Sauvignon 5% e Syrah 5%
Organic
Intense purple color.
The nose is a Gran Malbec, with aromas of red plum, blackberry, undergrowth and flower petals. Pepper, cinnamon, and refined notes of chocolate and ash make it adorably complex.
On the palate it is very well defined, with present but refined tannins and excellent minerality. On the other hand, the softness compensates for the hardness and puts the whole in harmony and balance. Persistent self-memory, with aromas of spices, blueberry and cassis.
Malbec, a grape originating from France, where it is still cultivated in some areas of Bordeaux, but especially in Cahors where it is called Auxerrois, has found its chosen land in Argentina. Only in South America does he manage not only to graduate, but also to become an autoritas in his field. That of very good wines.
