Straw yellow color
The nose has clear aromas of exotic fruit, with mango and pink grapefruit, elderberry and white flowers. The classic notes of tomato leaf accurately indicate vafietà. Intense and elegant perfumes bring class to the whole profile.
On the palate it has a beautiful texture of hardness, with minerality and acidity to emerge on the rest. The softness lengthens and makes the sip creamy, to achieve balance and harmony. Once swallowed, aromas of privet and grapefruit reach the nasal receptors.
Overall it is a good white wine from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, representative of the variety and the area of origin.
Excellent quality / price ratio.
It goes well with seafood as an appetizer, dishes with vegetables in general with asparagus in particular. Also valid with fried anchovies, and Mediterranean sea bass.

di Lenardo has the vineyards planted in Sauvignon Blanc around the estate in the Ontagnano hamlet in the municipality of Gonars. Typical winds of Friuli manage to make the climate mild, with very low stagnant humidity. The area is that of the Grave, consequently the soil is clayey with a significant presence of gravel.
The training system is espalier with lateral Guyot pruning.
Harvest: it is done manually during the month of September.
The grape yield per hectare is approximately 100 quintals.
The bunches are immediately pressed softly in a nitrogen-saturated vacuum environment.
Subsequently the must is transferred into stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 15 degrees. After the addition of selected yeasts, alcoholic fermentation begins, which lasts about 15 days.
After the tumultuous phase, the wine remains in the same containers to mature in contact with the yeasts until the spring following the harvest. In this period the bâtonnage are frequent.
After bottling, the bottles are left to rest for another two months before being marketed.
