Intense straw yellow color
The nose has aromas of meadow flowers and broom, white peach and apricot, with intriguing iodized notes to color the outline. Winds of aromatic herbs and sweet spices place it among the quality wines.
On the palate with authority it blends the different souls of the vines, the freshness of Garnacha Blanca, with the rigorous minerality of Macabeo, and the roundness of Pedro Ximénez. The combination is more than successful, for a wine that manages to be copious and well supported by hardness. The aromas are of spices, dried fruit and black locust honey.

Priorat Blanc de Pissarres 2018 Costers del Priorat
After the harvest, where the grapes undergo rigorous selection, they are de-stemmed and left to macerate for three days. Fermentation takes place, partly in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers, and partly in 225-liter oak barrels, with indigenous yeasts.
The vineyards are located in Mas Alsera and Sant Martì.
Costers del Priorat cultivates the vineyards in three different locations: Sant Martì, Mas Alsera and Les Solanes, which
found respectively in the villages of Bellmunt del Priorat, Torroja del Priorat and El Molar.
In the Finca Sant Martì, the vineyards are cultivated with a considerable slope and range from 300 to 375 meters above sea level. Here the vines are old.
Mas Alsera is surrounded by olive and almond trees, and by an impressive amphitheater of vineyards and holm oaks, protected from the cold north winds by the nearby mountain of Montsant. The vineyards are located at an altitude between 240 and 350 meters above sea level. The oldest plants date back to 1939
Les Solanes is located on the southern edge of the Priorat DOQ. The terraced vineyards are the ones most exposed to the sun in an ideal context for producing high quality grapes. The vines are aged between 10 and 60 years.
