Pale straw yellow color, with subtle green shadows.
The nose has clear and precise aromas of white flowers, white peach and apricot. By rotating the glass, exotic fruit and some ideas of aromatic herbs also emerge. Overall, the olfactory prospect is intense and of great quality.
On the palate it is adorably balanced, with well perceptible hardness, in the individual expressions of acidity and minerality. From the softness faction we tell of a fine creaminess and a good heat expressed by the alcohol content. In the retro olfaction aromas of white peach, almond and exotic fruit arrive. The memory it leaves is persistent.
Surprising wine, for its class and precision. It has great ability to evolve over time, improving for at least five years.
Cecilia Monte offers an excellent interpretation of Viognier, clean and varied on the nose, upright and easily drinkable on the palate.
