Straw yellow with clear green reflections.
The nose has clearly declined head scents, citrus, elderberry, gentle flowers such as magnolia. Notes of hydrocarbon dot the outline of an elevation that already has the tertiaries present.
On the palate the structure is well defined, with minerality and freshness to emphasize the brilliant quality. Good creaminess for a wine that is surprising for its ease of becoming pleasant.
The Riesling Trocken is the first to be harvested, that is when the grapes have a reduced sugar content in the bunches. It follows that, from the point of view of tasting, it is the driest of all German Rhine Rieslings.
