Straw yellow color with hint of green ideas.
On the nose, the top scents tell us of citrus, clear and precise, thus recognizing grapefruit and orange. Swirling the glass comes ideas of beautiful and juicy white peach, pear and meadow flowers, hay and aromatic herbs of the coast, of the scrub.
On the palate it is very upright, animated by excellent hardness it remains perfectly balanced. Acidity and brilliant flavor are offset by the heat of the grade, and above all by the creaminess. Persistent with aromas of fresh fruit, flowers and aromatic herbs.
Among the Italian Vermentino, that of Torre a Cona shines for its overall body, which combined with the remarkable verticality that animates it, confers balance and depth.

Soil: calcareous.
The training system is the spurred cordon, with a yield of 70 hectoliters, always per hectare.
The harvest is carried out manually in the first part of September.
Alcoholic fermentation follows in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature.
Refine in the same containers for at least 6 months.
