Marche Bianco Coccio 2018 Filodivino
Golden yellow color.
The nose is happily multifaceted, with aromas of citrus peel, camphor, mimosa and medlar.
On the palate it is balanced and harmonious. The volume and roundness expressed by the softness is remarkable, as opposed to the classic hardness of the variety in this Terroir. Note a subtle presence of tannins extracted from contact with the skins during fermentation. In the aftertaste, aromas of flowers and incense come to the nose.
First vintage for a wine that will make its way and not only among the same wine. Filodivino is no longer surprising, because in a few years it has become one of the reference companies of all the Marche.
Happily accompanies the muscioli au gratin, the marinated fish carpaccio, the brodetto, the stockfish all’anconetana. Excellent with chicken in potacchio, rabbit in porchetta.
