Lugana Brolettino 2017 Cà dei Frati white wine
With an intense straw yellow color.
On the nose it has head aromas of yellow fruit and flowers. After the rotation of the wine emerge the daisy, the chamomile, the rose, the pear, the yellow peach and the apricot. The candied citrus fruit, the orange and the mandarin orange and among the fresh ones the bergamot, with its incense nuances. Some spicy treats, in particular vanilla and nutmeg.
On the palate, it has excellent structure and a similar substance. The texture of the softness is of absolute value, with notable creaminess expressed by glycerine, and sweetness given by a slight residual sugar, and alcohol content. For the hardness the minerality is well perceptible and together with a notable acidity puts the balance in balance giving it depth over time. In retro olfation, that is, once swallowed, aromas of acacia honey, melon and vanilla arrive to the nasal receptors.
Great if drunk now, but has the opportunity to age for 20 years constantly improving. A great wine, which accompanies both processed fish dishes and creams, such as stewed vegetables and spicy vegetables.
