The grapes are grown in several vineyards within the Burgundy appellation south of Mâcon on the border between Burgundy and Beaujolais.
The hill where the vineyards reside has a wonderful view of the Saône plain.
Soil: the soil is clayey, sandy and rich in silt.
The plants were planted between 2013 and 2015 on land that had been dormant for ten years.
After the harvest, carried out manually, it carries out alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers, and refines in the same containers until bottling.

Intense straw yellow color.
The nose has clear and clean aromas of citrus fruits, fresh fruit and flowers. We can define the golden apple, the white peach, the lime and the cedar. Some notes of daisy and acacia flowers make the prospect captivating. That’s not all, because in conclusion even some spices appear from the window.
On the palate it is well defined, structured and creamy at the same time, with a balance between softness and softness. The freshness brought by the acidity and the excellent minerality support the drinkability of this chardonnay. Aromas of citrus and spices reach the nasal receptors.
Overall, it is a fresh and creamy chardonnay, capable of honoring the great region of which it is representative.
