Description
Alto Adige Weissburgunder 2019 Bergkellerei Passeier
Variety: Pinot Blanc 100%
Intense straw yellow color with fascinating golden areas.
The nose is wonderfully intense, with luxuriant and well-defined aromas. The notes of broom and ripe yellow fruit are top, followed by spicy ones. of vanilla and nutmeg. Acacia honey, croissants and panna cotta lengthen it towards an evident complexity. In this vintage it also shows subtle notes of aromatic herbs on the finish, Excellent.
On the palate it is full and creamy, but with adequate and therefore excellent structure. So the combination of freshness and verticality is excellent, so that the volume moves well supported and in harmony. The memory is very persistent, with aromas of medlar, honey and sweet spices.
The young Konrad Pixner is a passionate and refined winemaker, because his Pinot Blanc is among the best in all of Italy.
