Produced with grapes harvested in the Hofstatt vineyard, in Favogna di Sotto, a hamlet of Magrè. The exposure of the vineyard is to the south, while the altitude is 1000 meters s.l.m.
The soil is red due to the heterogeneous moraine residues of glacial origin. In the intermediate layers there is a prevalence of sand with silt and clay. There are also remnants of white marble, erratic boulders, porphyry and granite. While in the deeper layers there is the typical limestone of the Dolomites.
The type of breeding is espalier with guyot pruning.
Density: it is 8,500 vines per hectare and the surface of the vineyard is 3 hectares.
Age of the vineyard: it is 29 years old.
Yield per hectare: it is 35-40 hectoliters.
The harvest takes place in several steps. At each session only the perfectly ripe grapes are harvested. In fact, the marked altitude and relative temperature range create deferred maturation within the same vineyard.
After a short cold maceration, proceed with light pressing. Without adding selected yeasts, half of the must is left to ferment in large wooden barrels, and the other half, instead, in steel containers.

Pale straw yellow with green shades.
The nose is intense and very fine, with aromas of jasmine, locust and linden. Follow the yellow peach and the apricot. To increase the wealth and to confirm the class, we also have aromatic herbs, Mediterranean scrub and traces of graphite.
On the palate the tactile perception of minerals is the freshness of acidity are pleasantly evident. Balanced in its parts, it wraps the whole mouth with elegance. Once swallowed aromas of citrus peel and spices come. The memory he leaves is very persistent.
