Produced with the “SoloUva” method, which involves the use of the must, naturally rich in sugars, for the second fermentation in the bottle and for the possible dosage, replacing the cane or beet sugar. Another difference lies in the choice of the time of the harvest, which instead of being the technological ripening, is the phenological ripening. In a nutshell, the vast majority of the producers of bubbles, anticipate the harvest, to have more acidity and less sugars, Arcari Danesi harvest when the fruit is ripe.
Franciacorta Brut Satèn 2013 Arcari + Danesi
Straw yellow color.
The olfactory profile is of remarkable workmanship. Precise and elegant, it can only be fascinating. Different flowers are followed by hints of fruit. The classic notes deriving from yeasts and their transformation are almost completely absent. In their place we find the colors of the brackish soul, which characterizes the territory from which it comes.
On the palate it confirms the good expectations had on the nose. Minerality is evident, among the hardnesses, while the less pungent bubbles make it more silky as a whole. The scents previously perceived return for an engaging finish.
With that of Vigna Dorata, it is one of the 3 best Franciacorta satèn of the 2013 vintage.
