Straw yellow color, between medium and intense.
The nose is fine and delicate, with aromas of citrus peel, gentle flowers and adorable lashes of the sea. Very elegant, the scents draw a beautiful overall picture.
The absence of dosage characterizes the palate, with acidity and especially minerality to prevail over the rest. However, the fine softnesses fix the picture, with an admirable overall balance. The memory is persistent, with aromas of cedar, bergamot and apple.
Overall, it is an elegant Franciacorta, very flexible and highly gastronomic.

Vigna Dorata cultivates grapes on various vineyards, all located in the municipality of Cazzago San Martino, where the soil is alluvial moraine. In particular, the grapes dedicated to Brut Nature come from a single vineyard, the “Sala Colle”, in Sala, in the municipality of Cazzago San Martino.
Altitude and solar orientation: We are about 230 meters above sea level, and the orientation of the vineyard is south west.
The training system is espalier with guyot pruning, while the density per hectare is 5000 plants and the yield 80 quintals.
After the harvest, done manually, the must ferments in stainless steel containers. Refermented in the bottle for a minimum of 24 months.
