Description
Franciacorta brut magnum Vigna Dorata
Variety: 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir
Re-fermentation for a minimum of 24 months
Straw yellow color, between medium and intense.
Nose that comes out of the box, without the now traditional aromas in yeast Franciacorta, and therefore in bread-making in general. They are replaced by the more gentle and elegant hints of white meadow flowers, fruit, citrus fruits and iodine. We can distinguish the golden apple, the cedar and the black locust honey. Finally, even puffs of sea and brackish soul, which pleasantly color it all.
On the palate it is very successful, in fact as a whole it is centered and satisfying. None, but no bitter note penalizes him, so we note only the extreme minerality and adequate acidity.
Overall, it is a Franciacorta that has the ability to surprise for the extreme ease with which it is allowed to drink.
A beautiful Franciacorta with an excellent value for money.
