Light pink color.
The nose is persuasive and inviting with gentle aromas of wild strawberry, red currant and raspberry. A few notes of fresh red rose make it even more enjoyable. At the end there are also spicy notes of black pepper. Overall the aromas are clean and well defined.
On the palate it is surprising, because in addition to the natural tendency to verticality it has a creaminess suitable for making the sip voluminous. Good tannic texture, also just hinted at. Good persistence with precise aromas of grapes and strawberries and pepper.
Excellent value for money for a very easy-to-drink rosé.

Coteaux Bourguignons Rosé 2019 Domaine Chardigny
The grapes are grown in several vineyards geographically located between the Beaujolais and Burgundy appellations.
Soil: the soil is relatively clayey and calcareous, while the sun is exposed to the south.
After the harvest, carried out manually, it carries out a soft pressing and separating the skins from the must ferments in their absence. Refine in stainless steel containers for at least 6 months.
