Description
Vino Rosso Rombo 2018 Bergkellerei Passeier
Variety: Merlot and Cabernet Franc
Intense ruby red color, with subtle garnet shades.
The nose opens without hesitation, resulting decidedly intense, but at the same time subtle and complex. The range of aromas is wide, with notes of wild berries, then tobacco and vanilla. Followed by notes of undergrowth and more vegetal ones with pepper and grass, which bends towards the aromatic ones. Hints of mint and rosemary further reward it. Great Bordeaux blend of Alto Adige, capable of conquering space for a different and fascinating interpretation. Awarded among the best 5 Italian Bordeaux cuts.
On the palate it is voluminous and well structured. Excellent hardness in its individual parts, and excellent overall result. Thus, the remarkable creaminess can be accompanied without problems. Very persistent, with aromas of plum, blueberry, spices and aromatic herbs.
