The nose boasts classicism and freshness, with intense aromas of wild strawberry, red currant and black cherry. Notes of flowers and wild berries embellish the whole.
On the palate it paints a respectable picture, with good freshness and minerality, offset by adequate creaminess. A first approach to valuable pinot noir. Deep and persistent, with aromas of blueberries and aromatic herbs.
Pinot Noir has one of its Italian lands of choice in Trentino Alto Adige. In these areas it manages to achieve body and elegance.

The vineyards dedicated to Pinot Noir of Terre del Fohn, of the Monfort Cellars are located in the hills of Ciré di Pergine at 500 meters above sea level.

Harvest carried out manually, and once in the cellar, alcoholic fermentation begins with the presence of the skins, in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature.
