Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon 50% and Cabernet Franc 50%
Slightly dull ruby red color.
The nose has aromas of fresh dark fruit, aromatic herbs, green pepper and pepper, followed by notes of licorice and spices. Notes of extinguished fireplace enhance the whole. Overall a good prospect, completely faithful to the variety
On the palate, it has a good tannic presence, and a similar volume and creaminess. Wine to approach the variety quite satisfying.

It carries out the alcoholic fermentation, in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of about 23 ° C. After separation from the marc, it carries out the malolactic transformation and subsequent refinement in the same containers and in contact with the residues of fermentation yeasts.
At the end of the maturation it passes into the bottle where it completes the journey in the cellar for another 2 months.
