The nose is super classic, with lush aromas of berries, red plums and cherries. The notes of Mediterranean scrub and flowers follow. Spices, aromatic herbs and some ethereal notes elevate it, while intensity and cleanliness further reward it.
In the mouth it is voluminous and at the same time adequately structured. Balanced and harmonious, h has its most faithful standard in creaminess. Deep and intense, it stretches between aromas of ripe fruit, flowers and spices.
Valpolicella Classico with volume and power. Perfect to drink now, although it still has ample room for growth.

Tenuta Coali cultivates the varieties that make up the Valpolicella Classico in various vineyards located in the heart of the most highly suited area, in Sant’Ambrogio in Valpolicella in the province of Verona.
The vineyards are located at an average altitude of about 300 meters above sea level, on calcareous and clayey soils, with excellent water drainage capacity.
Training system: against espalier with guyot pruning.
The harvest is done manually towards the end of September.
As soon as they reach the cellar, the grapes are rasped and crushed to carry out the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages in steel containers and large oak barrels for at least 12 months, and a further 6 months in the bottle
