Pale ruby red.
The nose has lively aromas of fresh fruit: cherry and red plum, but above all cherry, then red rose petals. By swirling the glass, some sensations are added to those already mentioned, which originate from the undergrowth. The humus, the earth, the bushes with wild berries, in short, the scrub.
In the mouth it is precise and didactic, with good hardness and similar softness. Inviting freshness that brings acidity, and remarkable minerality. Deep and persistent. Once swallowed, it releases aromas of fruit and sweet spices to the nasal receptors.
Sangiovese of great elegance, it goes beautifully with grilled beef. Traditionally it is fabulous with the Florentine Chianina breed.
