Pale ruby red color.
The nose releases intense and refined aromas of berries, with red and white currants. The cherry follows with the red plum. Fascinating notes of tobacco and parched earth, anticipate vanilla and other sweet spices.
On the palate, the terroir grants greater structure and power than the Pinot Noirs of Burgundy. For this reason the sip is rich, multifaceted and very well defined. In particular, the tannic texture is more marked, as is the creaminess of the base on the other hand. Deep and long, it releases aromas of blueberry, spice and red rose petals.
Not only Burgundy, Italy, Oregon and New Zealand, but also Argentina is added to the areas suited for the production of the most complex grape to cultivate and make wine. A great Pinot Noir.

The grapes are grown, strictly following the dictates of organic farming, in various vineyards in the Tupungato sub-area, part of the prestigious Mendoza wine area.
Vinified according to the Burgundy style, with the partial introduction of whole bunches in the fermentation.
Refines in French oak barrels for 10 months.
