On the palate the excellent texture of the softness is compensated and by the set of hardnesses, well distributed and harmonized among all its parts. The result is balance, and harmony. In the aftertaste aromas of ripe red fruit and sweet spices.
Overall, it is an excellent primitive, ready to drink, where the fruit is pleasant and drinkability more than satisfactory. It only reinforces the value of the Apulian red wines within the Italian panorama.

Avia Pervia, is a Latin motto whose meaning is to make what is impossible to overcome be overcome.
Because the primitivo is a vine cultivated further south, in the provinces of Taranto and Brindisi. Podere 29 is located in Borgo Tressanti Cerignola, in the province of Foggia, in the far north of Puglia. The typical grape variety of the area is Nero di Troia. Planting the primitive so far north was a challenge that caught the disappointment of many. In fact, among experts, consultants and operators in the sector there were few who considered the attempt positively.
The result is here in the glass, and the name came accordingly.
Avia Pervia. The impossible is possible.
