The grapes are grown in different vineyards, all in the municipality of San Marzano di San Giuseppe in the province of Taranto.

Deep ruby red color, with purplish shadows in the area of lesser thickness.
The nose is characterized by precise aromas of wild berries, such as currant, blackberry and blueberry. Follows the classic fruit from stem: we can well distinguish the cherry and the sour cherry. Also some red flowers, like geranium and rose are added to the vegetables. Then toasted nose, coffee and tobacco also come to the nose. We conclude with the spices, headed by vanilla, pepper and some ideas of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub ..
On the palate it is rich in structure yet at the same time of remarkable material. In balance between hardness and softness, one of the greatest qualities is its ease of drinking. Good persistence. Once swallowed aromas of balsamic and fruit arrive.
Primitivo, which happily accompanies kid meat and roast lamb with potatoes and rosemary. For those who do not like meat, it is effective with spicy and spicy vegetables.
