Pavia Pinot Nero Bio Quattordicimarzo 2018 Percivalle
Ruby red color.
The nose has clear and clean aromas of red currant, pomegranate, undergrowth and red rose petals. Fresh and pleasant, the notes clearly identify the variety that constitutes it.
On the palate it is fresh and agile, showing a good structure and similar creaminess. The tannins, just mentioned, help minerality and freshness, to give rigor to the wine. The softness boasts a good creaminess, so as to balance the balance and make it a harmonious wine. after leaving the oral cavity aromas of blueberry and violet.
Overall Paolo Percivalle gives us a fine example of fresh and immediate Pinot Noir, capable of satisfying, without engaging the taster. The drinkability and the aptitude to accompany various dishes make it a very flexible wine. Also effective with smoked lake fish dishes and spiced vegetables. Excellent with the typical salami of the area, and par excellence with the free-range roasted chicken, or stuffed in the oven.
