Nuits Saint Georges aux Saint Jacques 2021 Domaine Cruchandeau
Ruby red color with garnet shadows.
The nose is intense and very fine, with clean and extremely high quality perfumes. We have the forest, with leaves, moss, chestnut curls, then fruit with red currants. Spice evolutions with nutmeg and vanilla, and pipe tobacco.
Rich, voluminous and well-structured palate. The creaminess is remarkable for a wine with a long, deep and satisfying sip. Thick vineyard, and combined with the old vineyard produces a high quality burgundy, with significant propensities to improve over time. Aromas of vanilla, pomegranate and white currant emerge on the nose.
In the complex of the three aspects Julien Cruchandeau offers us an excellent Pinot Noir of Burgundy, a classic and identifying set of the territory.
It has the quality of a Premier Cru
