Pale ruby red color with violet reflections.
The nose releases exuberant aromas of fresh fruit and violet and rose petals. Hints of wild berries and rhubarb push it towards complexity and elegance. Notes of undergrowth and blackberry amplify the pleasure drawn from him.
On the palate it is snappy and at the same time rich in pleasant facets. Well perceptible tannins, such as freshness and good minerality. Correctly creamy, it has a fabulous ally in the harmony of the sip. The aromas of blueberry, flowers and cinchona are clearly perceptible.

The Nebbiolo grapes come from different vineyards, all located in the Municipality of La Morra, where the exposure varies between south and south-west and the soil is divided in different percentages between clay and limestone.

After the manual harvest, it carries out the alcoholic fermentation in the macerator rot, at a controlled temperature between 25 and 30 ° C for a period of about a week.
Decanted into stainless steel containers, where it is clarified by decanting and fermentation ends until the sugars are completely exhausted.
Ages in the same steel containers for a variable period of 8-10 months depending on the vintage. Subsequently it is bottled and after a further improvement in the bottle it arrives on the market.
