Pale ruby red.
The nose has clear aromas of red fruit such as plum, raspberry and wild strawberry. Followed by violet among the flowers, and some herbaceous notes. There are also some hints of undergrowth and roots
On the palate it is always very elegant, and stands out for its ease of drinking. In fact in the mouth it is pleasant in its freshness and in its substantial balance. Form and substance happily help to make it an excellent little great wine. Once swallowed, aromas of plum and undergrowth reach the nasal receptors.
It has the ability to age happily, approaching over time to resemble a great wine. Only Nebbiolo that have a suitable soil are able to express finesse and longevity.
It accompanies tajarin with ragù, grilled vegetables, grilled beef, and semi-aged cheeses.

Produced with grapes from the Gramolere vineyard, in Monforte d’Alba. .
The altitude varies from 300 to 340 meters above sea level. while the soil is clayey and calcareous.
The type of farming is espalier with Guyot pruning, with one per hectare of 65 quintals.
After the harvest, carried out manually, it carries out cold maceration for 48 hours. Following de-stemming, start of fermentation with maceration for a period of about 20 days.
It carries out the malolactic transformation and refines in large Austrian and French oak barrels for at least 8 months. after bottling it remains in the cellars of Castello di Perno for at least another 3 months.
