Description
Hautes Cotes de Nuits Pinot Noir Les Valancons 2021 Domaine Cruchandeau
Variety: 100% Pinot Noir
Reasoned agriculture
Pale ruby red color.
The nose has intense and mainly fine aromas. Stones numerous aromas of undergrowth in different declinations, then cassis, red currant and fresh flowers. More complex notes of sweet spices and other ferrous ones anticipate balsamic and aromatic herbs. Definitely in line with expectations.
On the palate, like all Burgundies of respect, it is mainly elegant, and endowed with balance and harmony. The tannic texture is good, but in this case the hardness is supported by the combination of verticality and freshness. And like any quality Pinot Noir, it also has the right material to achieve balance and harmony with ease and dexterity. The memory is very long, dotted with berries, pomegranate, vanilla and aromatic herbs.
On the whole of the three aspects Julien Cruchandeau designs an excellent Pinot Noir, classic, refined and admirable. Perfectly attributable to the territory of origin, and above all to the variety of belonging.
Excellent wine to get closer to the wonderful land of Burgundy and get to know its incredible pearls. Excellent value for money.
