Chianti Rufina I Domi 2016 I Veroni
Intense ruby red color.
On the nose it is characterized by hints of red fruit and berries: Cherry, black cherry and blackberry. Mediterranean bush and toasted ideas also dot the whole, for a synthesis of clean, precise and smudge-free perfumes.
On the palate it is harmonious and balanced between hardness and softness, between form and substance. Good entry, as the permanence is satisfactory and therefore the conclusion. On the back smell aromas of ripe fruit and spices arrive.
Excellent Chianti, which effectively accompanies grilled beef dishes, from pairing par excellence with “Fiorentina”, to fillet with green pepper. The mixed pork grill is also excellent: ribs, sausage and chicken thighs with aromatic herbs.
The i Veroni farm has a history that has its roots since the 1500s. It currently insists on an area of 70 hectares, 20 of which are vineyards, and the others are olive groves. Both cultivations are carried out following the principles of organic agriculture.
