Bramaterra I Porfidi 2010 Tenute Sella
Ruby red color with orange veins
The nose has intense and very fine aromas of aromatic herbs. The hints of fruit and flowers follow. Some notes of bitters make it even more complex and fascinating.
On the palate it is plentiful and at the same time elegant. Balanced and harmonious, it has a rich and very well structured palate. Aromas of fruit and china arrive from the mouth.
The 2010 vintage was perfect in almost all of Italy, particularly in Piedmont. The results are in a wine, very well painted, which has great capacity to evolve over time. It will remain excellent for over thirty years.
Overall, it is another great example of Nebbiolo, although not pure, from upper Piedmont.
