Alto Adige Pinot Nero Turmhof 2016 Tiefenbrunner
Ruby red color.
The perfumes, which we perceive by bringing it closer to the nose, are precise and of quality. We observe the most diverse berries and the ripe black cherries picked from the plant. Even ideas of flower petals, always red. The scents of the countryside revolve around the nucleus of fruit and flowers, from the cut and now dry grass, to the clods of earth and infuse the farm, here is the chicken coop with the hens. The aromas are well defined and considerably varied
On the palate it is more than satisfactory, for an excellent balance between the faction of hardness and that of softness. The entrance, like the stay and the memory that it leaves, are of excellent workmanship. In the back smell aromas of wild berries and sweet spices arrive.
Accompanies with great satisfaction game dishes, such as pheasant, partridge and woodcock. Also excellent with furred game, such as hare, roe deer and deer. The combination with oriental dishes is interesting.
