Wine produced exclusively with grapes grown in the municipality of Vezza d’Alba, in the province of Cuneo. We are on the left bank of the tanaro, where the soil is mainly sandy, with abundant presence of marine fossils.
The harvest is done manually in 20 kg crates, around the middle of September.
Without hesitation, the skins are removed for alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 16-17 ° C. It does not perform the malo-lactic transformation and ages in stainless steel for 6 months.
