The proximity to the sea of the vineyards of Podere 29 brings significant benefits, both for the type of sandy soil and extremely mineral, therefore, for the airing of the bunches kissed by the sea breezes.
Harvest: carried out in the early hours of the morning, begins between the end of September and the beginning of October.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers, where it also carries out malo-lactic fermentation, and refines for the first year. It ends its refinement in French oak barrels, 1st and 2nd passage.

Intense red color with garnet shadows in the areas of least thickness.
On the nose it confirms the previous years. We still have aromas of dark berries, among which we note dead and blueberry. Notes of vanilla, nutmeg and tobacco precede those of typical Boer chocolate. Withered flowers also add to the plant sensations typical of the undergrowth, with wild berries, leaves and moss.
On the palate it is decidedly full-bodied, with a volume made of very well-designed softness, and a structure supported by minerality and acidity. The tannic texture is barely hinted at, but made up of slight astringency. It remains in the oral cavity with personality, leaving a very persistent finish. Finally, aromas of cherry and berry jam, with spices and chocolate, reach the nasal receptors.
A great Apulian wine. Designed in the style of the exuberant, it manages to be gracefully.
It accompanies long-cooked meat dishes, aged cheeses and cannellini beans with shallots, garlic, tomatoes, turmeric and ginger.
