Description
Langhe Nascetta 2019 L’Astemia Pentita
Variety: Nascetta
In biological transformation
Straw yellow color with green reflections.
The nose has fine and delicate aromas of flowers and fresh fruit. Singular and captivating, they follow each other with delicacy and elegance. Some aromatic herbs lengthen the olfactory profile.
The verticality and the adequate freshness brought by acidity emerge on the palate. The softness is also good and sufficient, for a balance achieved with harmony. From the oral cavity come aromas of citrus, fruit and iodized notes.
Mauro Daniele offered us an excellent interpretation of Nascetta, a native Piedmontese vine, almost lost and only recently replanted by numerous Langa winemakers.
Piedmontese white wine companion of aperitifs, light and carefree lunches. In particular with courgette flowers in batter, both simple and stuffed with mozzarella and cooked ham. Excellent with raw seafood.
