Intense ruby red color.
The nose defines aromas of fresh fruit, in particular of forest, such as blackberry and blueberry. Notes of earth follow, and more distinctly green. The spices are distributed between pepper and the typical notes of Mediterranean scrub, with myrtle and aromatic herbs.
On the palate it relaxes with pleasantness and complexity between minerality and subtle tannic texture. The alcohol content supports the softness for a satisfying creaminess. Prolongs the sensations between aromas of blueberry, wild berries and spices.
In its synthesis, Locoe contains the different souls of the best Sardinian native red vines. The result is a different, fascinating and convincing wine.

The Cantina di Orgosolo cultivates the grapes for Locoe in various vineyards located in the Locoe and Sorasi valleys in the municipality of Orgosolo and in the province of Nuoro.
Planted with the sapling and spurred cordon training system.
The harvest is done manually between the middle and the end of September. It carries out alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers using only indigenous yeasts.
Refine for 9 months in Sardinian chestnut tonneaux and then in bottle for at least another 3 months.
