Description
Brachetto d’Acqui 2017 Alessandro Motta
Brachetto 100%
Brilliant ruby red with purple reflections.
The nose is intense and extremely exuberant. However, in addition to the volume it is striking for the fine quality of the perfumes, for their sharpness. The first to arrive are the aromas of ripe fruit and dried rose. The wild strawberries relax together with subtle notes of undergrowth.
On the palate it is soft, but finely balanced. In fact, the acidity compensates for the residual sugar and makes it extremely drinkable.
Considering the limits imposed by the grape, certainly not prone to complexity, the Brachetto d’Aqui 2017 Alessandro Motta, in the group of sweet wines, stands out for its extreme elegance. The best Brachetto ever tried.
It accompanies with satisfaction dry pastries, fruit tarts, raspberry tiramisu. Try it with hard or semi-hard aged cheeses. Not to be underestimated as an aperitif.
