Intense, lively ruby red color.
Intense and with personality on the nose. Defines aromas of dark berries, red plums and withered flowers. The spices are highlighted with class and passing from sweet to spicy ones. Tobacco and undergrowth further embellish it.
In the mouth it remains upright and firm, with excellent creaminess to compensate for the lively freshness. Perfectly traceable to the vine of origin, it juggles with greater elegance than the average. The persistence is also excellent, with aromas of fruit, spices and wild berries.
Raineri’s Barbera confirms the quality of the entire production. Full-bodied and balanced, with clean and fine aromas, also in this vintage it stands out for its elegance.

The grapes that go to create Barbera d’Alba Sagrin are grown in the municipality of Monforte d’Alba.
Sun exposure: the vineyard faces southwest, while the average altitude is 300 meters above sea level.
Soil: the soil is composed of sand, limestone marl and clay.
The type of farming is counter-espalier with guyot pruning, with a yield of 60 quintals per hectare.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks with temperature control. The maceration period is approximately 14 days. After the malolactic transformation, it passes into used French oak barrels for about 14 months. It does not undergo either filtration or clarification before bottling.
