The nose is intense, complex and super fine, from the beginning with notes of leather, loam, undergrowth, humus, skin, macerated herbs such as mallow. The extinguished fireplace, and mineral notes of talc, sandalwood and the classic goudron, that is, tar in its most elegant way.
In the mouth it widens the promises and confirms a great barbaresco, tannins present but smooth, soft, excellent presence in the mouth and the cleanliness it leaves, a symptom of class, and infinite elegance. The finish is very long. And it’s never enough. Why one would wish it would never end.

Ferment in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature.
Refine in large French and Slavonian oak barrels.
