Straw yellow color.
The nose has splendid aromas: Passion fruit, mango, pineapple and the varietal tomato leaf. There is no shortage of flowers, such as pink rose and gerbera. Finally, some spices enrich the olfactory framework with a fine workmanship.
On the palate it has great and remarkable substance. The density of the wine goes on the shields, really thick. Yet the harshness, which are the standard bearers of the form, do not escape at all, but add to the dialogue, increasing the overall value of the wine.
Sauvignon Blanc with a persistent finish, enriched with aromas of spices and grapefruit jam.

After the harvest, carried out manually, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers at controlled temperatures.
It refines for a period of one year, partly in stainless steel vats, and partly in French oak tonneaux.
