Description
Alto Adige Sauvignon 2018 Bergkellerei Passeier
Sauvignon Blanc 100%
Straw yellow color.
On the nose it seduces and conquers for its refinement and complexity. The aromas are of grapefruit, mango and passion fruit. Then the flowers of locust and elder, and the more vegetal ones of the box, the privet and the tomato leaf. Also in this vintage it reaches the highest degrees of beauty.
On the palate it is easily supported by a punctual and effective structure, which is why minerality and freshness stand out. Necessary for a volume made of creaminess and softness in general. Excellent depth with a very long persistence, including aromas of honey, flowers and aromatic herbs.
The young Konrad is a passionate and refined winemaker, because his Sauvignon Blanc is vintage after vintage among the best Italians.
