Grapes that compose the Pinot nero Riserva Linticlarus are harvested in the municipality of Montagna. The sun exposure is south-west, while the altitude varies from 450 to 480 meters above sea level.
Soil is clayey and calcareous with presence of porphyry.
Cultivation system is espalier with guyot pruning and the plant density is 6000 vines per hectare. The vineyard is 24 years old.
The yield per hectare is 40-45 hectoliters.
After the harvest, carried out by hand, with careful and careful selection of the best grapes, a five-day cold maceration follows. 80% of the grapes are rasped, while the remaining part is vinified, in the manner of Burgundy, in whole bunches. Both alcoholic fermentations are carried out in stainless steel containers for a period of about twelve days.
It performs malo-lactic transformation and a subsequent refinement of 12 months in oak barrels for 35% new and for the remaining part of the second passage. Before bottling, and staying there for a year, this Pinot Noir refines for another six months in large wooden barrels.

Ruby red color with garnet veins.
The nose has beautiful aromas of berries, with red currant and raspberry. The hints of red rose precede sweet spices. Vanilla and nutmeg are the witnesses. And finally the classic and indicative of the vine of origin “merde de Poulle”. Of great quality, the aromas of this Pinot Noir excite.
On the palate it is silky and well structured. Excellent acidic presence, with ripe and already cured tannins. The volume of the sip is satisfying and extremely fine. after swallowing they reach the nasal receptors aromas of red fruit and spices.
