The nose is deliciously refined. The aromas of dried fruit are followed by dates, medlars and dehydrated apricots. Notes of sweet spices and chestnut honey tend the gaze towards notes of candied citrus and balsamic ones. Complex to do and excellent in the result. Impresses.
On the palate it is a concentrate of delights. Adorably sweet it has weight and structure. It stands upright without bending over to the overwhelming softness, so as to also become elegant. It has an infinite depth, which is concentrated in aromas of prickly pears, dried figs and spices.
