Description
Champagne extra brut Blanc de Blancs Vertus premier cru 2011 Doyard-Mahe
Variety: Chardonnay 100%
Bright golden yellow color
The nose has sensational aromas of straw, fern, fresh pastry, panettone and vanilla. Followed by candied citrus fruits, yellow flowers in particular the spring mimosa. Some notes of black locust honey and marine notes enrich the overall prospect with particular aromas. Clean and intense they draw a high class elevation.
On the palate it is rich and creamy, yet at the same time endowed with excellent hardness, which preserve and enhance its drinkability and pleasantness. A note goes to the very fine perception of carbon. Very persistent, with aromas of seaweed, flowers and sweet spices.
By right among the great champagnes. Among those who leave an indelible memory in the memory.
