Cherry pink color
The scents of berries stand out on the nose, such as red currants, white currants and pomegranates. Ideas of butter, and delicious and gentle spices. There is no lack of hints of undergrowth, wild berries and aromatic herbs.
On the palate it is round and sharp. The volume and creaminess expressed by the softness is remarkable, balanced by a respectable verticality. Currant and spice aromas return.
Jean Diot produces a rosé champagne of finesse, capable of distinguishing itself for quality and elegance.
