The grapes come from the coteaux d’Epernay in the Marne department, southwest of Epernay in fact. Only the fruits of the old vines of Moussy and Vinay participate in the cuvée Exception.
The harvest takes place manually with careful selection of the best bunches.
During the pressing, the juices are separated variety by variety. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak barriques. The assembly of the three varieties will take place only later.
The Cuvée is made exclusively with grapes from the 2012 vintage.
Referments in the bottle for a minimum period of 48 months.
