On the palate it is sumptuously dominated by the very pleasant minerality. Fine and well perceptible, it greatly helps the cause of drinkability. The acid part is good; thin, and very fine carbon. The set of softness is synthesized in an elegant creaminess that gives the correct volume to the sip. After swallowing, sea and citrus aromas reach the receptors.
