Brut Premier Regard Champagne Jean Diot
Straw yellow color
The nose is punctual in showing proudly its origin. From the scents of white flowers, well defined and above all clean. Citrus notes, of different types, from cedar, lime and lemon. White peach, apple and red currant follow. Finally, and in a gentle presence, the aromas of the oven.
On the palate it is confirmed without hesitation. The overall design is excellent, for a champagne that envelops and fascinates the mouth. The verticality expressed by the hardness is wonderful, for a pleasant and extremely drinkable champagne.
Despite being the first champagne, Jean Diot manages to create a great champagne far beyond the value of the price.
