Description
Mitterberg Weinsinn 2021 Marinushof
Variety: Pinot Bianco 70% e Kerner 30%
Straw yellow color with green reflections.
The nose is characterized by splendid aromas of delicate flowers, camellia, calla lily and daisies. They are accompanied by those of fruit, yellow peaches, apricots and muscat grapes. Even a small basket of citrus fruits, some yellow, some orange, add to the whole. Fresh and punctual, the aromas alternate with peaks of considerable charm.
In the mouth it is complete and fascinating, because without any delay it shows structure and elegance at the same time. good softness with suitable creaminess to support excellent hardness. The minerality in particular precedes the freshness in designing a solid structure and perspective over time. Once swallowed, aromas of exotic fruit, citrus and subtle notes of sweet spices reach the nasal receptors from the palate. The memory it leaves is persistent.
Marinushof finds the union between two different varieties, so as to create a South Tyrolean white wine with fresh and quality features.
It accompanies not only appetizers and first courses, but also fish and white meat main courses. It does not fear the comparison with oriental dishes even if rich in spices.
