Description
Barbaresco Maria Adelaide 2013 Bruno Rocca
The color is garnet red
The nose shows character and elegance with aromas of blackberry, raspberry, currant, plum and cherry. Followed by the slightly wilted flowers with rose and violet, sweet spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg and at the end the caramelized orange zest. Notes of aromatic herbs dot the outline, until the mind emerges and places it among the great ones.
In the mouth it confirms the many promises and shows itself in splendid shape. Already in balance, with the creamy softness that compensates for tannins, acidity and minerality. Voluptuous and severe, it maintains the past with elegance and notable presence. The finish is very long and persistent, with aromas of undergrowth, cinchona, violet and spices.
A masterpiece among the many that the Bruno Rocca company produces every year. A classic Barbaresco and also for this reason exciting.
