Description
Marche Bianco Passerina Donnapaolina 2019 La Torre del Nano
Variety: 100% Passerina
Straw yellow color.
The nose has intense and copious aromas of mimosa, broom and yellow peach and apricot among the fruit. Curious notes of wildflower honey, pine resin and spices place it among the wines with a quality olfactory prospect.
On the palate it is well distributed between hardness and softness, managing to support a respectful creaminess. Beautiful and juicy, it has an excellent supporter in acidity, to lengthen the sip and make it deep. The aromas are of citrus, fruit and spices.
Overall it is a truly surprising interpretation of Passerina, capable of winning a place among the good wines of the Marche.
